H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga the National Chairman of the Democratic Alternative Party-DA of the Nigerian Federation Congratulate H.E. Adams Oshiomhole the newly elected National Chairman of the APC- All Progressive Congress party which is the ruling party of the Nigerian Federation  that won a mandate in 2015 general elections to rule the sovereignty for a period of 4 years ending in 2019 and if they deliver on campaign promises could be able to access another mandate to continue in government...that is the beauty of multi party democracy on a universal interpretation;historical and dialectical.
