INEC BARRED FROM DE REGISTERING POLITICAL PARTIES: Basking from the perpetual, permanent interlocutory injunction banning INEC from de registering any Political Party in Nigeria granted by the Federal High Court of Abuja on the 17th of February 2020; and granting the DA-Democratic Alternative Party and 33 other Parties and all others the right to continue to exercise their constitutional obligations as legitimate Registered and recognized Political Parties in Nigeria and Sub Saharan Africa the NEC-National Executive Council of the Democratic Alternative Party after a meeting gives to the National Chairman HE Prince Frank Ukonga  a clean bill of Health ,  Vote of Confidence and the audacity of courage to continue to participate in all elections and exercise the full obligations of a legally registered political party to contribute her quota in lifting the majority of Nigerians from abject poverty, unemployment, poor health delivery system, hunger, homelessness, scavenging, insecurity, terrorism, ruins, death, shame, and grief which the current APC government has foisted on the polity and the peoples of Nigeria.
Whence, we hereby declare the intentions of the Democratic Alternative Party to contest all election in Nigeria and to contribute our quota to the development of Nigeria based on our Manifesto addressed to make Nigeria a Supper Power Nation in a short distance of History yonder; when we come to power.
