Breaking News: Ondo guber Polls 2024:DA file Appeal Court Ordered Regularized Suit & apply for 5 Justices Jury; of Stare Decisis & Embanc to be led by the President Court of Appeal: DA National Chairman & National EXCO Appeal to President Tinubu the President and Commander in Chief of Nigeria, to allow DA be Relisted. The Democratic Alternative Party has filed and served the Court Ordered Regularized Suit as Ordered by the 3 Justices panel of the Court of Appeal, Abuja, sitting on the 29th August 2024 ,led by Honorable Justice Mohammed Ibrahim. Further more the National Chairman of DA, and all the National EXCO and all Members of the great Party have applied for a 5 members Jury of Justices in the doctrines of Stare Decisis and Embanc to be led by the President Court of Appeal as obtained in Nigerian Jurisprudence and adjudication and also in other climes addressed to relist DA and allow the party participate in the Ondo State governorship Election of 16th November 2024. DA was illegally, mistakingly delisted by INEC while DA had a pending suit against INEC in court of competent Jurisdiction; which is illegal. As all parties by the Rule of Law of the Nigerian Constitution 1999 ( as Amended) should maintain status quo anti bellum; as it is trite law that when a suit is before a court of competent jurisdiction, no party should result to self help. , but INEC acted out of self help by delisting DA and violated the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 ( as Amended) to illegally delist DA and Youth Party and some others while suits were pending in courts of competent jurisdictions, thereby foisting a faith accomplice of the Judiciary. The Supreme Court on the 2 ed of December 2022 Led by His Lordship Honorable Justice Mohammed Lawal Garba (JSC), and Hon Justice Abba Aji (JSC) had delivered a unanimous Judgement of Stare decisis to return Youth Party delisted on same day with DA on same grounds as DA, and INEC had relisted the Youth Party who were delisted while having a pending suit against INEC on same matter along with DA in courts of competent jurisdictions and INEC had relisted the Youth Party. DA appeals to benefit from this Supreme court Judgment of stare Decisis that is the final judgement bonding on all courts of the sovereignty; as STARE DECISIS. The National Chairman of DA- Democratic Alternative Party and EX Presidential Candidate, HE Prince Frank Ukonga, said DA was established by HE Barr. He also on behalf of all members of DA, appeal to the INEC National Chairman Prof. Mahmud Yakubu, to the Attorney General of the Federation, to the President Court of Appeal, Honorable Monica Dongban Mensem, Appeal to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Honorable Justice Kekere Ekun and to the President and Commander in Chief of the Nigerian Federation, His Excellency Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu to allow DA to be relisted.
