H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga Laud NIPSS for the remarkable contributions in training Top govt and private sector functionaries in Nigeria and Sub Saharan Africa.
H.E. Prince frank Ukonga speaking to journalists in the recent NIPSS Retreat for Top leaders of political parties in Nigeria lauded the remarkable contributions of NIPSS in training top quality personnel and functionaries’ for the govt and private sector concerns in Nigeria and Sub Saharan Africa… “The need for top quality manpower to administer the many sectors of government cannot be over emphasized as important to good governance. And in this context the contributions of NIPSS is highly invaluable and laudable”, the Amiable Prince Said.
