Ahead of 2019 general election of the Nigerian Federation , the Democratic Alternative Party-DA is moving with full gear to building formidable structures that would impact positively on the chances of the great party ranked among the top 5 leading political party of 68 parties with a mission to win the Ogun state governorship election come 2019 general polls.
The  National Chairman of Democratic Alternative Party- H.E. Prince Frank Ukonga commend Comrade Abayomi Sanyaolu Omolaja the Ogun state Chairman of Democratic Alternative Party, the Ogun State EXCO of DA and all the members of DA Ogun state for this remarkable giant strides in positioning the great party secretariat in the heart and center location of Abeokuta -Ogun state accessible to all the town and villages to come. He Said -"Ogun state was the first colonial protectorate to gain independence of Self Rule in the entire African continent and the first in many other aspects of human endeavor with a population estimate of 4 Million people, highly educated, industrious and strong citizens of avantgardt stoicism but unfortunately due to inept leadership along the years Ogun state has not been able to translate these glories into economic , industrial and agricultural prosperity.
Ogun state created by  Murtala Mohammed  as the Gate Way state in 1976 out of Western Region was a master strategy to create a prosperous industrial and economic hob of a synergy of Export zone like the Chinese and Russian Models that would be heavily industrialized and contributing enormously to the GNP of the sovereignty... With a land mass of 16,980 Square Kilometer, very rich in minerals deposits and favorably located. A leading cash crop producer of Cocoa, palm Oil, Palm Kernel, rubber, timber,Rice etc...With an IGR of N73 billion Naira in the year 2016 and a target of N10 billion Naira monthly for the years up to 2019 is rather a portable achievement and more could be done to raise the IGR to more than double and position Ogun state as the leading economic and industrial giant of the Nigerian sovereignty as DA Target to generate over N1.2 Trillion Naira IGR for Ogun state, we Target to create over 2 million direct jobs and over 4 million jobs in the downstream sectors of Ogun state...and much more..through DA Marshal plans of Economic, Industrial and Agric Revolution... and to make Ogun State a role Model for all other states of Sub Saharan Africa and emerging democracies of the world...
